The program is designed to minimize the opportunities for abuse, promote healthy child development, and implement strategies to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Carousel Child Advocacy Center is an exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; EIN#56-2098739 NC Solicitation #SL002152. Carousel Center is the Cape Fear region’s only nationally-accredited, nonprofit child advocacy center that is helping abused children heal.
Carousel Center provides child forensic medical exams/interviews, confidential professional trauma counseling, and caregiver support
to children and their families who have experienced physical/sexual abuse in Brunswick, New Hanover, and Pender counties.
Your community support, through donations, grants, sponsorships, and proceeds from events, helps children heal and keep them safe.
